Making complex financial products simple
Business problem: Business banking often involves selling complex products that meet customer needs, but that does not mean the product should be hard to understand. Six Black Pens had an ongoing relationship with the NAB business banking team to help deliver engaging communications for their customers.
Solution: I worked closely with the editorial team from the start of the project; to understand what content the customers needed to see. These projects often involved storyboarding or wireframing; we also had to make sure all final designs adhered to the NAB brand guidelines. I worked end-to-end on a variety of campaign sites, intranets and banner advertising. The images on this page were a few examples of work from various campaigns over the years when I worked at Six Black Pens.
